FPIC has a rich history of advocacy and contributing to the development of landmark public policy.  Advocacy Day provides our members with an opportunity to remind members of the Legislature that our society is the leading voice in Florida on issues related to Infection Control and Prevention. 

Members who attend the Online Infection Prevention Public Policy Day will be provided with a copy of our 2027 Annual Report, our 2027 Advocacy Platform and detailed information about legislation that will impact our profession and the facilities where attendees are employed.

Online attendees will be provided with a schedule and a set of talking points to use when making online visits to Legislators and Staff to communicate the collective expertise our members can provide as part of the public policy development process.
